These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website https://ardibakery.com and to orders placed with Ardi Bakery, an artisan bakery in Tirana, Albania.

By using this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of the website

This website presents our bakery, our products and our locations. It is for information only. Products cannot be ordered or paid for on the website; purchases are made in our bakeries, and orders can be placed by phone or message.

3. Products and prices

Our products are freshly baked and made by hand, so their size, shape and appearance may vary slightly from photos. The range of products may differ between locations and from day to day, depending on availability. Prices are those shown in our bakeries at the time of purchase.

4. Orders

For larger quantities or special requests, you can place an order by phone or message. Your order is confirmed when we confirm it to you, together with the price and pick-up date and location. If you need to change or cancel an order, please tell us as early as possible.

5. Allergens

Our products are made in kitchens where cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, sesame, soy and other allergens are used. Even when a product does not contain an allergen as an ingredient, we cannot guarantee that it is free from traces. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please ask our staff before buying.

6. Freshness and storage

Our products are best enjoyed fresh. Please follow our staff’s advice on storage, and keep cream-filled and perishable products refrigerated.

7. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with a product, please tell our staff or contact us with your receipt as soon as possible. We will handle your complaint in line with your rights under Albanian consumer protection law.

8. Use of the website

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or send spam or harmful software through our forms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, photos, videos, the Ardi name and logo, belongs to Ardi Bakery or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

10. Liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be complete, up to date or free of interruptions. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Albanian law.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Tirana, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
